Chris Diaz serves as TRA’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing critical daily operations including Human Resources, real estate planning, vehicle fleets, technology, and warehouse operations.
Ezra Diaz serves as TRA’s Chief Marketing Officer. In his role, he is responsible for revenue growth and diversification, new partnerships, and market development.
Paul Jarzomkowske serves as TRA’s Chief Executive Officer, where he oversees Customer Success, Retention, Service Excellence, and Key Account Management.
Michael Noe serves as TRA’s Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and records keeping.

Chris joined TRA nearly 16 years ago and maintains the honorable distinction of being TRA’s first Field Technician. Under Chris’s leadership, TRA was successful in expanding the Workstation on Wheels Division and TRA’s footprint in Georgia, New Jersey, and Texas. In previous years, he’s held several leadership roles at Home Depot and at TRA. Chris and his wife Sarah are proud parents to two children. Chris spends his leisure time volunteering at La Cardia Soup Kitchen, working out, playing soccer with his daughter, and listening to podcasts.
Ezra Diaz serves as TRA’s Chief Marketing Officer. In his role, he is responsible for revenue growth and diversification, new partnerships, and market development.
Under Ezra’s leadership, the company has expanded services in the Central Florida region, initiated services for new hospital installations, and strengthened partner relationships. An 11-year veteran at TRA, Ezra previously led the company’s second-largest account out of Miami, FL, and played a lead role in negotiating key partnerships with leading device manufacturers. Ezra comes from a large family. He and his wife Melissa share 3 beautiful children. A self-proclaimed foodie, Ezra spends his off-time enjoying culinary explorations, spending time with family, and focusing on wellness.

He maintains over 35 years of collective leadership experience in his career. Today, he is distinctly recognized as the most tenured member of TRA having joined nearly 20 years ago as the company’s first Project Manager. He and his wife Debbie have been married for 33 years and share 2 wonderful children. Paul dedicates his spare time to his passions: his family, children-first philanthropy, and the salt life. As a recurring contributor, Paul participates in the Annual MS Charity Golf Tournament and Joe DiMaggio’s Annual Toy Drive. He enjoys boating, fishing, and water sports.

Michael has over 15 years in the Technology Services industry. His previous roles include Service Technician, Field Technician, and Assistant Project Manager at TRA where he led installation of Phase I of the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital expansion. Michael and his wife Anjelica recently welcomed their first child together. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching college and pro sports.
